Job Description

In this role, you will provide operational support and lead planning, coordination, and execution of AAG & AFG programs designed to drive performance and results aligned to cross-organizational growth initiatives. You will serve as a key connector across channels to align strategy and execution, ensuring organizational priorities are translated into clear plans, operational rhythms, actionable support for field facing resources, and supporting ongoing program development. Additionally, you'll be accountable for identified program specific results and implementing and sustaining field program execution and be responsible for direct people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide program and executional support to AAG & AFG channels focused on key priorities. Ensure effective program implementation and is accountable for sustaining growth programs and continual evaluation of program performance against the plan to ensure success.
  • Lead program management of cross-platform field execution initiatives, ensuring alignment to critical enterprise strategic priorities and business growth objectives.
  • Translate execution priorities into structured execution plans, governance processes, and operating rhythms that enable consistent delivery and accountability.
  • Manage program expectations, scope, risk and changes. Develop and maintain work plans at the required level of detail which indicates key dependencies, resources, and deliverables ensuring timely decision-making, issue resolution, and progress toward key deliverables.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies that provide field teams with clear, timely, and actionable guidance to accelerate adoption and execution of priority initiatives.
  • Ensure field-facing resource tools and execution materials are developed, synchronized, and deployment-ready to support successful uptake.
  • Monitor execution progress, identify barriers to adoption, and recommend solutions that improve field effectiveness and business results.
  • Partner with field facing resources to drive organizational alignment, reinforce accountability, and drive continued momentum on enterprise priorities.
  • Own initiative planning, timelines, deliverables, risk management, and stakeholder engagement for enterprise field-led programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including networking, conflict resolution, negotiating, and with ability to lead, influence and maintain strong relationships with key business partners.
  • Lead and develop direct report by setting priorities, directing day-to-day work, removing barriers, providing coaching and feedback, and fostering a high-performance culture focused on execution, excellence and business results.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Proven success leading complex initiatives from strategy to clear, actionable direction

  • Strong project/program management, planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to assimilate information and connect the dots on varying firm-wide initiatives, translating business strategy into operational plans, execution frameworks, and measurable outcomes

  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing individual contributors

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to write to different audiences (including corporate and field) in a way that clearly ties initiatives to how those employees conduct business, resulting in effective and lasting uptake

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across multiple business functions and levels of leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with and demonstrating results with AAG or AFG (familiarity with the field organizations).

  • Experience leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives.

  • Knowledge of change management, enablement, and adoption strategies.

  • Proven success leading teams and influencing stakeholders in a matrixed organization

In-Office Collaboration

We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders - clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $107,000 - $147,100 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurances.
