Job Title:         Sr Project Manager (Legal Digital/AI Transformation)
Client:              Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Location:         Mounds View, MN 55112
Duration:         4 Months (Likely Extension)
Shift:                1st Shift

Job Summary

Owns governance, alignment, and execution clarity for a Legal organization undergoing digital and AI transformation. Acts as the bridge between executives, IT, and vendors in a complex, matrixed setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate vendor plans into clear internal execution roadmaps
  • Establish governance, roles, and operating rhythms
  • Drive weekly execution visibility (status, risks, dependencies)
  • Deliver executive-level communication and reporting
  • Lead change management for AI adoption within Legal
  • Align multiple workstreams across the transformation portfolio

Core Duties

  • Define milestones, success metrics, and delivery phases
  • Run governance forums (status reviews, escalation paths)
  • Identify bottlenecks, resource gaps, and risks early
