Work Hours: PST Time Zone
Duration: 6 Months to 1 Year

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Program Manager to lead Epson's enterprise AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will define the AI strategy and roadmap, oversee solution architecture, and drive enterprise AI programs while partnering closely with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead end-to-end AI program planning, governance, and execution.
  • Oversee AI solution architecture in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver AI initiatives.
  • Provide weekly executive updates on program progress, risks, and key milestones.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Program Management experience with AI, Data, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Experience building and managing enterprise AI programs and roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, and enterprise architecture.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is preferred.
