Role Description- The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of customer projects across North America. This role oversees the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.

Working closely with customers, internal teams, field engineers, contractors, and key stakeholders, the Project Manager serves as the primary point of coordination and communication throughout project delivery. This position requires strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to drive successful outcomes and ensure a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple customer implementation and technology projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal departments, field engineers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively managing risks, issues, and changes to minimize impact on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed-upon quality standards while meeting customer expectations.
  • Provide regular project status updates, forecasts, and reports to customers and leadership.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking project performance.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Working Conditions

  • Work environment: Hybrid — Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office.
  • Physical requirements: Primarily sedentary work involving extended periods of sitting, speaking, and typing.
  • We are focused on growing our team in the MSP office; however, for the right candidate, we may consider a remote arrangement in the U.S. or Canada.
