Role Overview
The Technology Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of technology initiatives and financial stewardship. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while aligning with business objectives and compliance requirements. The manager leads cross-functional teams, drives executive-level communications, and fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project planning and end-to-end execution of technology workstreams.
  • Establish governance routines, delivery plans, and manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Drive transparent status reporting and portfolio reviews, providing early visibility into risks and dependencies.
  • Support monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and corrective actions to ensure delivery within approved budgets.
  • Prepare concise, outcome-focused updates and executive summaries for leadership.
  • Build strong relationships across product, engineering, business, finance, and vendor teams.
  • Define, plan, and implement the goals and milestones associated with assigned projects.
  • Oversee the analysis, design, execution, and support of all assigned projects, including resource planning.
Required Qualifications
Experience: This position requires seven to ten or more years of relevant experience in technology project management, leading multi-team initiatives with significant budget responsibility. Experience should include delivering complex initiatives with formal governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools is required, including Excel (advanced modeling, PowerQuery/PowerPivot), PowerPoint, Project/Planner, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Teams/OneNote. Experience with portfolio management systems.
