Drive High-Impact IT Initiatives from Strategy Through Production as a IT Project Manager!

Pay Rate: $80.00/hr
Shift: 1st Shift - Position is largely remote with some in office projects.

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex enterprise IT initiatives from concept through implementation and operational transition. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, compliant with governance requirements, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong IT project management expertise, ITIL process deployment experience, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments while driving measurable business outcomes.


What You'll Do End-to-End Project Leadership
  • Lead complex IT projects from business case development through production deployment

  • Develop project charters including:

    • Business problem statements

    • Scope definition

    • Timelines

    • Cost estimates

    • Resource plans

    • Dependencies

    • Stakeholder identification

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans and execution roadmaps

ITIL Process Deployment & Stabilization
  • Establish and stabilize ITIL-based operational processes for new and existing IT platforms

  • Ensure processes align with operational and business requirements

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Support successful transition into steady-state operations

Stakeholder & Workshop Management
  • Manage cross-functional teams including:

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working within enterprise governance frameworks

  • Strong stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills
