Job Description Job Title: Junior IT Project Manager (Contract) Location: Radnor, PA (Hybrid Schedule) Duration: 12+ Months (Long-Term Contract) Overview: Our client, a leading organization in the Philadelphia area, is seeking a Junior IT Project Manager to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to support a dynamic IT Project Management Office (PMO) and gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and communication skills to help drive project success through coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day support to IT project managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, capturing meeting minutes, and distributing key documentation. Documentation Management: Assist in drafting and maintaining essential project documents such as timelines, status reports, risk logs, and change requests. Ensure version control and accessibility of all materials.

Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and task alignment. Project Tracking & Reporting: Support progress monitoring by updating schedules, tracking key deliverables, and compiling status reports. Flag any variances or risks to the project manager.

Meeting Facilitation: Coordinate logistics for both virtual and in-person project meetings, ensuring appropriate technology setup and distribution of meeting materials. Resource & Budget Monitoring: Assist project managers in tracking resource allocation and budget adherence as needed. Issue & Risk Management: Help maintain logs for project issues, risks, and interdependencies.

Ensure timely follow-ups and escalation where appropriate. Process Compliance: Ensure project activities adhere to internal project management standards, templates, and methodologies. General Project Support: Handle other administrative and project-related tasks as required to support the IT PMO team.
