Job description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator / ERP Project Administrator to support a large-scale enterprise ERP implementation. This role will coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, support project reporting, and help keep cross-functional teams aligned throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and enjoys supporting complex technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, agendas, and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare meeting notes, action items, and decision documentation.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly project status reporting.
  • Update presentation materials and gather input from project teams.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation in SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
  • Monitor project tasks for overdue items and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate system access requests and onboarding activities for project resources.
  • Assist with meeting logistics and project administrative support.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Smartsheet to support project activities.
  • Track project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, project leadership, and third-party partners.
  • Support project communication and reporting efforts across functional teams.
