iWorld Professionals is seeking an IT Project Manager for a full-time, on-site opportunity with a growing organization in Syracuse New York.

If you are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead a variety of client-facing technology implementation and integration projects, then this position is for you! This is ideal for someone who enjoys working with cross-functional teams, communicating with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.


IT Project Manager Responsibilities:

As the IT Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple projects simultaneously while serving as the primary point of coordination between internal teams and clients.

  • Manage a portfolio of client implementation, onboarding, and systems integration projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate project activities from kickoff through successful completion.
  • Serve as the primary project contact for clients throughout each engagement.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, timelines, risks, and key decisions.
  • Ensure client expectations are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate final project acceptance and successful delivery.
  • Lead project teams consisting of technology, operations, sales, business development, and client stakeholders.
  • Facilitate productive project meetings and drive accountability for action items.
  • Balance competing priorities while maintaining momentum across multiple initiatives.
  • Build strong working relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, meeting notes, and project records.
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership on project portfolio status.


IT Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Project Management, Information Technology, Systems Implementation, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
