You will work closely with our team to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain hardware and software systems. **Responsibilities:**
- Provide first-line technical support to employees experiencing hardware, software, or network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems with desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
- Set up and troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
