We are seeking a Korean-English Bilingual IT / Cybersecurity Project Consultant to support IT consulting, cybersecurity initiatives, and enterprise technology implementation projects. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced consulting environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate with clients, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time while producing high-quality business documentation in both Korean and English.

      Job Description

      Project Coordination & PMO Support
      Coordinate day-to-day IT and cybersecurity project activities.
      Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
      Track project schedules, milestones, action items, risks, and deliverables.
      Support Project Managers in monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion.
      Coordinate communication among clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
      Follow up with stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues and keep projects on schedule.
      IT & Cybersecurity Consulting Support
      Assist with requirement gathering, current-state assessments, and gap analysis.
      Participate in client meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
      Prepare project documentation, executive reports, implementation plans, and presentation materials.
      Organize technical information into business-friendly deliverables.
      Support consulting engagements related to IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, governance, and digital transformation initiatives.
      Vendor & Stakeholder Management
      Coordinate with external vendors, consulting partners, and internal delivery teams.
      Monitor vendor deliverables, project timelines, and dependencies.
      Review project documentation for quality, consistency, and completeness.
      Support communication between Korean and U.S. stakeholders.
      Documentation & Reporting
      Prepare professional business documents in both Korean and English.
      Create executive presentations, status reports, project trackers, meeting minutes, and implementation documentation.
      Maintain document version control and ensure consistency across project deliverables.
      Assist with proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), project plans, and final reports.

      Qualifications

      5–8 years of experience in IT Project Coordination, PMO, Cybersecurity, IT Consulting, System Implementation, Vendor Management, or related fields.
      Fluent in Korean and English (written and verbal).
      Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
      Excellent documentation and presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
      Experience working with multiple stakeholders in enterprise environments.
      Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity.
      Ability to communicate technical information clearly to business stakeholders.
      Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up and time management skills.
      Preferred
      Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts including:
      Access Control
      Network Security
      Cloud Security
      Vulnerability Management
      Security Governance
      Risk Management
      Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CMMC, or similar compliance standards.
