Job Summary:
Alpha Consulting Corp. is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to manage complex IT projects within their organization. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end management and delivery of projects that require significant change across multiple departments and business units.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and direct the work efforts of resources aligned to the project.
• Integrate various work streams to deliver the intended project solution.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with change requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project integration.
Qualifications:
Required:
• IT project management within the financial industry
• Scope, timeline, and budget control
• Risk identification and mitigation planning
• Agile project delivery experience
• Strong skills in risk management and mitigation planning.
Preferred:
• Experience working on agile projects.
• Experience in stakeholder management and change adoption.
• Ability to act as a Program Manager on an interim basis.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on W2.
