      \n We are seeking an experienced and results\-oriented IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Blue Yonder Master Production Scheduling (MPS) solution. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, reporting, and delivery of enterprise supply chain solutions. This role will also oversee the development and implementation of reporting and analytics solutions leveraging Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI to support business intelligence, operational reporting, and executive dashboards.<\/span>

      • Plan, initiate, and manage the end\-to\-end Blue Yonder Master Production Scheduling (MPS) implementation project as the IT Project Manager.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and success metrics.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Coordinate business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, system integrators, and third\-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Manage the delivery of reporting and analytics workstreams, including Snowflake data integration, Tableau dashboards, and Power BI reporting solutions supporting production planning and supply chain operations.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and ensure delivery of meaningful operational and executive dashboards.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Coordinate data integration activities between Blue Yonder, ERP systems, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and other enterprise applications.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Drive project governance, monitor milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure adherence to project schedules.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests while maintaining project quality.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Facilitate project status meetings, steering committee meetings, executive updates, and stakeholder communications.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) throughout the project lifecycle.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Ensure compliance with organizational IT governance, security policies, data governance, and implementation standards.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Procurement, ERP, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.<\/span>

      • Oversee testing activities, cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and project closure.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and lessons learned.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Coordinate with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones and maintain scheduling flexibility.<\/span>

      • Support additional PMO initiatives and enterprise IT projects as assigned.<\/span><\/span>

        • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • 10+ years of experience managing enterprise IT implementation projects.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Proven experience managing Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) implementation projects, preferably involving Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Supply Planning, or Manufacturing Planning solutions.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Experience managing reporting and analytics projects involving Snowflake, Tableau, and\/or Power BI.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Strong understanding of manufacturing planning, production scheduling, supply chain planning, business intelligence, and ERP integrations.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Experience coordinating cross\-functional teams, including Data Engineering, Reporting, Business Intelligence, and ERP teams.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, and ServiceNow.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills.<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.<\/span>
