ATI Restoration, LLC (ATI) is a national leader in construction restoration. ATI takes pride in assisting all of our customers and clients -- no project is too big or too small. As part of our national expansion efforts, we are adding to our teams. We have an immediate opening for a National Project Admin to join our NRS Team.
Job Summary
Under the direction of the EVP of Operations and EHS, the National Project Admin will be responsible
for providing administrative support to Project Managers and Project Directors while traveling to Major
Event jobs throughout the United States as needed.
Responsibilities
* Requires up to 50% travel- Able to travel anywhere within the United States on very short notice
* Collects and organizes files and paperwork for Major Events
* Prioritizes daily schedule to fulfill various responsibilities with ability to shift to different task as needed and still keep progressing on project(s)
* Arranging and booking flights, hotels, and rental cars for all NRS staff and Management
* Scheduling renewals and managing training certificates such as (Asbestos, WRT, IICRC, and physicals)
* Data entry into Accounting system T&M Pro invoicing and payroll hours
* Data entry of all material & equipment usage per project and all inventory allocations
* Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with all staff, Project Directors, and clients
Technical Skills: MS Office, Google Mail, and PC. **Must be proficient in Excel**, Must be able to type at least 50 WPM
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization, as well as customers and partners. Fluent English, both oral and written. (Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus)
Required Experience and skill set:
  • 2+ years of Administrative experience
  • Self-starter that can carry out instructions with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Highly detailed orientated
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to type at least 50 WPM
  • Team player

Additional Eligibility Requirements:
  • MUST be willing to travel for long periods of time and up to 12+ hours a day, 7 days a week
  • MUST be available and flexible to work- days/nights, weekends, and holidays
