Location: Bakersfield Area, California
Pay Range: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour DOE
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility

We are actively seeking a Construction Project Administrator to join a rapidly expanding underground utility and civil construction operation. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced construction administrator who enjoys being the organizational backbone of active job sites and project teams. You will play a critical role in supporting field operations, managing project documentation, processing payroll-related records, and ensuring important project information remains accurate, organized, and accessible.

To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of construction administration or project support experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ProContractor, Sage, Viewpoint, Procore, HeavyBid, HeavyJob, or similar software.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience processing timecards, payroll support documentation, or workforce tracking records.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced project team.
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
