Bright Horizon Care LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Huntington Beach, CA. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning through final closeout
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers to maintain project momentum
  • Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor quality and safety compliance
  • Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to avoid delays
Requirements:
  • 3–7 years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record managing commercial, residential, or healthcare construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project
