Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and coordinate project submittals, shop drawings, and sample submissions in accordance with project requirements.

  • Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

  • Review construction documents and specifications to understand submittal requirements.

  • Create and maintain organized logs and tracking systems for all submittals and approvals.

  • Assist in managing timelines to ensure submissions meet project schedules.

  • Communicate with general contractors, architects, and designers regarding revisions and approvals.

  • Use drafting tools and software to assist in preparing or modifying shop drawings.

  • Provide administrative support related to document control and project coordination.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a project coordination or documentation-focused role; experience in construction or window treatments is a plus.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred.

  • Familiarity with reading architectural drawings and specifications.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and drafting/drawing tools; knowledge of Bluebeam is a plus.

  • Comfortable in a hybrid work environment, collaborating remotely and in-office as needed.
