Job Summary: The Sage Intacct Business Analyst/Project Coordinator is a key role that involves bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This position is responsible for analyzing business processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and supporting the successful implementation of Sage Intacct ERP projects. Additionally, the role involves project coordination to ensure timely delivery and effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather detailed requirements for Sage Intacct ERP projects.
    • Analyze current workflows and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  1. Documentation:
    • Create comprehensive and clear documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and user requirements.
    • Maintain updated documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  1. Project Coordination:
    • Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate project activities and timelines.
    • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to schedules.
  1. User Training and Support:
    • Assist in developing and delivering training materials for end-users on Sage Intacct functionality.
