Job Title and Location

IT Project Coordinator โ€” New York, NY (Hybrid)

Compensation: $45-50 per hour

The Company: A popular media company and professional sports league, a global company headquartered in New York City with offices in California.

Responsibilities
  • Support the PMO Department in planning, execution, and completion of IT projects.
  • Assist IT Projects, IT PMO, IT Business Operations, and IT Product Management teams.
  • Conduct analysis with extensive data sets and arrive at sound business conclusions.
  • Organize, attend, and actively participate in stakeholder meetings.
  • Assist with drafting IT communications, memos, documentation, etc.
  • Maintain and track program key timelines, ensuring program deadlines are met.
  • Manage sensitive business information with utmost care.
  • Prepare polished content and data for easy digestion by executives.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Collaborate on resource management with internal departments; conduct detailed data analysis, synthesis, conclusions, and share recommendations.
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Manage distribution list updates.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator.
  • Experience working within a PMO and with Project Managers.
  • Experience with project lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint (must). Proficient with Excel and data analysis.
  • Experience working with Jira.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter who can build and foster collaborative relationships.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and apply new processes/technologies.
  • Detail-oriented.
