Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support private label projects from concept through launch. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is strong in Excel, is a self-starter, and is comfortable managing detailed workstreams across systems, data, and cross-functional teams. The position works closely with Sales, R&D, Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Customer teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of customer programs. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong organization, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Execution
• Support execution of projects including new product launches, packaging updates, and customer initiatives
• Maintain project timelines, trackers, and status updates (primarily in Excel)
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines
• Schedule and support project meetings; document action items and follow-ups
• Communicate project updates, risks, and key milestones
Customer Portal and Item Setup
• Manage new item setup in customer portals, ensuring accuracy of product, packaging, and logistics data
• Maintain and update item data across internal and external systems
• Ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted on time
Artwork and Packaging Coordination
• Support artwork development, revisions, and approval processes with internal teams and external partners
• Track artwork timelines, proofing, and approvals to ensure on-time execution
• Assist with packaging documentation and specification management
Data Analysis and Commercial Support
• Analyze sales performance, customer complaints, and key metrics to identify trends and insights
• Build and maintain Excel-based reports and trackers
• Support development of sales presentations, including data gathering and slide preparation
• Assist in analyzing syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen/IRI) to support customer and category insights
• Provide data-driven support to Sales and Commercial teams for customer discussions
General Support
• Assist with product specs, BOMs, and documentation management
• Support coordination of samples, trials, and launch readiness activities
• Identify risks or gaps and escalate as needed
• Participate in post-project reviews and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required
• 0-2 years of experience (internships or relevant coursework a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (comfortable building trackers, organizing data, and using basic formulas)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role
