We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Coordinator with expertise in PowerBI and analytics to play a vital role in our semiconductor manufacturing projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend engineering know-how with advanced data analytics skills, contributing to impactful projects and collaborating with esteemed clientele across the United States. Multiple openings with identical titles are available, providing room for growth and development within our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Manage and maintain all project-related documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports, ensuring they are organized, accurate, and easily accessible.
  • Document Control System: Implement and maintain document control systems to ensure proper versioning, approval workflows, and record retention in line with industry standards.
  • Meeting Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule and organize regular meetings (internal and client-facing), including engineering reviews, project updates, and design approvals. Prepare agendas, distribute meeting minutes, and track action items.
  • AR Tracking: Monitor and track Action Requests (AR) from meetings, ensuring that responsible parties are aware of their tasks and deadlines. Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
  • Daily Deliverables Awareness & Follow-Up: Maintain visibility of daily project deliverables and milestones, ensuring that team members are aware of due dates and providing reminders or support where necessary. Follow up with relevant stakeholders on deliverable statuses.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure that all technical documentation adheres to company policies, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Documentation: Assist with the preparation, review, and distribution of engineering documentation, including drawings, datasheets, manuals, and procedures.
  • Quality Assurance: Proofread documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance before distribution or submission.
  • Access Control: Manage document permissions, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access or edit sensitive technical documents.
  • Project Coordination: Assist the engineering and project management teams with administrative tasks, including report generation, project tracking, and cross-department communication.
  • Auditing & Reporting: Conduct regular audits of the document control system to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Generate reports on document status, action items, and deliverables progress.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and data visualization solutions.
  • Manage project schedules, integrating PowerBI analytics for insightful project tracking.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.
  • Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI using Power Query, DAX, and M languages.
  • Utilize PowerBI to review design packages, identifying and resolving any gaps impacting project timelines.
  • Optimize data models and queries for performance and efficiency, ensuring smooth and responsive user experience.
  • Analyze datasets and create impactful indicators to drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop comprehensive schedule planning from data collection to construction finish stages, leveraging PowerBI insights.
  • Coordinate equipment procurement requests and resolve long lead parts delivery issues in collaboration with vendors, integrating PowerBI analytics for procurement optimization.
  • Present data findings to diverse teams, leveraging PowerBI visualizations for effective communication and analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Only candidates with educational background in Bachelorโ€™s or Master's in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Structural engineering should apply.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals
  • 2-4 Years of experience in Power BI development
  • 1-3 Years of experience in project management Software's e.g. MS Project, Wrike etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written/oral) in English and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Power BI and advanced analytics tools.
  • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Professional Certified.
  • Master's in Business Administration.
