Job description

Vortex Consulting is seeking an experienced ERP Project Coordinator / Admin to support an SAP implementation project.


  • Support Project Managers with project planning, monitoring, execution and communication with stakeholders
  • Assist in planning of major phases, milestones, and deliverables in ERP implementation lifecycle.
  • Track and report project progress, identify potential issues, risk and mitigation actions
  • Schedule project workshops according to resource availability.
  • Support project deliverables, including status reports, minutes of meetings, timesheets, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate that project documentation is created, maintained and stored accurately
  • Assist with onboarding project team members


Required Skills

  • 4+ years of ERP project coordinator experience (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce or similar ERP).
  • Proficiency with project management software applications (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, etc.) and MS Office tools
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
