As an Onboarding Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain's growth and dynamic environment. The position plays a key role in the planning, coordination, and implementation of software projects. The position requires industry and product expertise, along with the ability to plan, develop and execute sound project management strategies that meet financial targets and critical milestones. In addition to the responsibilities outlined below, the Onboarding Project Manager will lead department efforts when project templates and workflows require updates and influence change management amongst the internal team.


What you'll do...

  • Strategic Project Management: Own and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines. You'll ensure critical milestones are met by expertly directing and coordinating tasks across multiple departments, guaranteeing projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders. You'll provide consistent and transparent weekly status updates and proactively influence decision-makers to resolve project roadblocks. Your focus will be on building strong, long-lasting relationships by consistently providing an outstanding, seamless experience.
  • Quality & Standards Management: Uphold the highest quality of work by meticulously proofreading content, reviewing design, and testing technology before launch. You'll ensure every project meets our standards for excellence.
  • Analytical & Reporting Skills: Maintain project dashboards and status reports that provide clear, real-time transparency for account management and company leadership. You'll use data to inform decisions and keep everyone aligned.
  • Problem-Solving & Prioritization: You'll be adept at identifying and resolving complex issues and making quick, sound decisions. You'll prioritize client and internal requests based on their severity and impact, ensuring resources are always focused on the most critical tasks.

Requirements

  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: base salary of $80,000 - $87,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
