PDMI is looking to add a 340B Senior Manager, Implementation & Onboarding to our team! This positionisresponsible for leading the Implementation team, ensuring the successful onboarding of new PDMI 340B clients and the seamless execution of implementation projects. This role oversees Implementation Managers and Coordinators, driving performance against timelines, quality standards, and client experience expectations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring new clients are set up for long-term success, while also serving as a bridge between Implementation, Product, Operations, and Training to continuously improve onboarding processes and outcomes.

We offer transparent, pass-through pharmacy processing and other services for private label Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), vertically integrated healthplansand hospital systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Managers and Coordinators, driving performance, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of client onboarding, ensuring implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Establish, monitor, and drive performance against key metrics, including timelines, quality, and client onboarding experience.
  • Ensure consistent execution of implementation methodologies, workflows, and best practices, while identifying and addressing gaps to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Manage implementation risks, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to client onboarding.
  • Maintain visibility into the implementation pipeline and resource planning to support effective delivery.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Training to align on priorities, ensure readiness, and drive continuous improvement in onboarding processes.
  • Translate onboarding challenges and client feedback into actionable insights to support product enhancements and rollout of new features.
  • Lead communication and coordination of implementation timelines, expectations, and updates across clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and system enhancements, supporting change management across onboarding activities.

Work & Education Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant healthcare experience required.
  • 7+ years in implementation, onboarding, project management, or client-facing roles in healthcare or pharmacy services required.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and delivery outcomes required.
  • Strong understanding of 340B program setup and operational requirements required.
  • Proven experience managing complex implementations or onboarding projects required.
  • 340B ACE certification preferred.
