Hi,


Good day! We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology projects from initial definition through successful implementation. This individual will be responsible for project scope, schedule, budget, quality, stakeholder communication, and overall delivery. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills and can collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.


Location 805 N Whittington Pkwy FL 2-4 Louisville, KY 40222 (Remote)

Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire (Potential for Conversion)

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only; W2 employment required


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full IT project lifecycle, from project definition through implementation.
  • Develop detailed project plans and drive milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality.
  • Provide day-to-day direction and support to assigned project resources.
  • Establish communication plans for project teams and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings and provide clear project updates to technical and business teams.
  • Manage project changes and ensure effective change-management practices.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, budgets, and schedules.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and drive them toward resolution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Communicate project objectives, progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.


Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years proven experience managing IT or technology-focused projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, scope, risks, and resources.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Experience with change management, status reporting, and project documentation.
  • Excellent decision-making, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • PMP Certificate
