Overview
This position is responsible for planning, executing, and completing technology projects. The IT Project Manager will work closely with multiple departments to support communication, coordinate tasks, and help ensure project activities align with business goals.
Responsibilities
  • Help plan IT projects
  • Manage and deliver IT projects from initiation through completion
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple IT initiatives
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners as necessary
  • Help identify project risks or issues and escalate them appropriately
  • Support testing, training, and project closeout activities
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and business requirements
  • Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation
  • Lead project meetings and post-implementation reviews
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and IT standards
  • Other duties as assigned including IT installation tasks and troubleshooting

Hours
This is a full time, on-site hourly position, Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. Occasional overtime, evening, or weekend work may be required to support project deadlines or system deployments.

Occasional travel to other facilities may be required - both in and out of state.

Required Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear as well as sitting and working at a desk for 8+ hours, using a keyboard, mouse, and phone/headset.
