Overview

Support enterprise IT delivery by managing project intake, coordinating governance workflows, and maintaining the structure that enables consistent, transparent decision-making across the organization.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Ensures the successful delivery of IT projects by coordinating activities and resources effectively. Assists in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets that align with organizational objectives. Monitors project progress, communicates updates to stakeholders, and facilitates collaboration across cross-functional teams to address challenges and mitigate risks. Supports the implementation of project management best practices while managing essential project documentation and vendor relationships to maintain quality standards.

  • Supports the successful delivery of IT projects by coordinating project activities, resources, and timelines effectively.
  • Assists with the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field required.
  • Relevant project management certifications or coursework preferred.
Experience & Skills
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting IT project management or project coordination activities.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating project schedules, resources, timelines, documentation, and status reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
