About the Rol seeking experienced IT Project Managers to lead delivery of technology initiatives for a healthcare client. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication across cross-functional engineering, data, and QA teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through closure
  • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive dashboards
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies or manage hybrid/waterfall plans as required
  • Manage vendor relationships, resource allocation, and budget tracking
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate appropriately
  • Communicate clearly with business sponsors, technical leads, and leadership

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of IT project management experience delivering software, data, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong command of Agile and traditional delivery methodologies
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and vendors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification preferred

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare / payer / provider industry experience is a plus
  • Experience with data platform or cloud migration programs (AWS, Snowflake)
