Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management:
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through delivery and post-launch evaluation.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Cross-Functional Team Coordination:
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment with project goals.
Resource Management:
• Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Work with procurement teams to source materials and components needed for the development of electronic accessories.
Stakeholder Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and external partners.
• Provide regular updates on project status, including progress reports, budget tracking, and any issues or changes in scope.
Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations and certifications.
• Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure the reliability and performance of the electronic accessories.
Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in product development.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Strong experience in project management, preferably in the consumer electronic accessories industry.

• Strong understanding of product development processes, especially within the consumer electronic accessories sector.
