Position Overview

The Commercial Project Manager manages Go-to-Market projects from initial inquiry (RFP, RFQ) to execution on-shelf. The ideal candidate will ensure a project is delivered to the contentment of all stakeholders (internal and external) within the designated budget and timeline. For each project, the commercial project manager will identify the project's goals, objectives, and scope and create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required. This role serves as the hub of communication and coordination with the project team and stakeholders, managing risks and issues, and monitoring progress to ensure that the project stays on track. Post-launch, the commercial PM will evaluate the project's success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Commercialization Project Management

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Utilize project management methodologies to identify and mitigate risks, manage resources effectively, and ensure project success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate across multiple teams (product development, marketing, sales, supply chain, and external partners) to ensure seamless integration of the commercialization process into other business functions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the commercialization process.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure timely production and delivery of products to market.

Launch Execution & Monitoring

  • Oversee the execution of go-to-market projects, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.
