Commercial Construction Project Manager

Commercial Roofing • Siding • Gutters • Multi-Family Construction Allstate Exteriors, LLC

Build Projects. Lead People. Deliver Excellence.

Allstate Exteriors is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead commercial exterior projects involving roofing, siding, and gutters for new multifamily construction. This position manages projects from turnover through closeout while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
  • Manage multiple commercial exterior construction projects simultaneously.
  • Lead projects from contract turnover through final completion and closeout.
  • Coordinate roofing, siding, and gutter installation activities.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field personnel.
  • Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and schedule compliance through regular jobsite visits.
  • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope of work.
  • Manage budgets, labor productivity, material usage, and cost controls.
  • Lead project meetings, documentation, punch lists, and closeout.
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, inspectors, and trade partners.

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of commercial construction project management experience required.
  • Commercial roofing, siding, exterior envelope, or multifamily experience preferred.
  • Ability to read plans and specifications.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Strong scheduling, communication, and financial management skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency; construction software experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
