Job Description
  • Coordinate daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Support the Superintendent in managing subcontractors and ensuring quality standards.
  • Monitor safety protocols and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Track progress and report updates to the project management team.
  • Assist in resolving on-site challenges to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure materials and equipment are available and properly utilized on-site.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to align on goals and expectations.
  • Review and interpret project plans and specifications to guide execution.
