MySource Network is a cutting-edge platform dedicated to enhancing holistic health and wellness by connecting individuals with an extensive network of healing practitioners and resources. As we continue to innovate and expand our offerings, efficient project management within our development team is crucial. We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our technology projects and ensure they align with our mission and goals.

Position Overview:

The IT Project Manager will play a key role in managing the development and implementation of technology projects at MySource Network. Working closely with the Product Manager and development team, this role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the IT sector, with the ability to navigate the complexities of software development and lead cross-functional teams to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure product development aligns with user needs and business objectives.
  • Budget and Resource Allocation: Estimate and allocate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project outcomes meet quality standards and are completed within the specified constraints of time and cost.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure any changes to project scope are documented and approved.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on project status, risks, and unexpected shifts in project dynamics.

Qualifications:
