Plan, organize and deliver key projects/programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. Detail the roadmap and vision for project/program management within the organization.

Job Description

Direct the project/program management function. Define and develop project/program management best practices, processes and policy to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and goals. Lead portfolio management and governance framework to prioritize projects/program according to relevant measurement criteria. Allocate project/program management resources based upon corporate and organization priorities. Oversee all projects/programs to ensure delivery within the defined scope, quality and time, and within budget. Implement and oversee project capacity planning and process across the organization. Work with all departments to review gaps or resource constraints during the planning an implementation of projects.Review vendor contracts associated with new projects and implement toll gates to manage resources and deliverables. Direct annual project planning and prioritization activities based upon organizational goal setting. Produce monthly executive dashboards and engage executive leadership in reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in project management or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of eight years' experience in Project and Program Management experience across full project lifecycle. Previous experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment required. Advanced proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required. Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred.
