We are seeking an IT Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of all technology integration activities for mergers and acquisitions. This role operates as the central program leader across due diligence, integration planning, execution, and post-close stabilization, ensuring seamless onboarding of acquired entities into the Verdantas environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Own and drive the full lifecycle of M&A IT integration projects from due diligence through post-close execution
  • Translate acquisition timelines into structured integration roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables
  • Act as the primary integration lead and point of contact for acquired (legacy) organizations
  • Coordinates across multiple workstream teams (infrastructure, applications, security, data, etc.) of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions
  • Manage a portfolio of concurrent M&A integrations, often with overlapping timelines and dependencies, and ensure they are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and meet expectations
  • Monitor program progress and performance, proactively identify and mitigate integration risks and execution gaps,
  • Troubleshoots and recommends solutions to escalated client issues or challenges that occur during or after integrations
  • Facilitate intake, due diligence inputs, and requirements gathering with incoming organizations as needed
  • Drive go-live readiness and cutover coordination, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Verdantas and acquired firms during integration
  • Partner with DPMO leadership to define and mature the end-to-end M&A integration operating model
  • Develop and standardize integration playbooks, intake forms, and due diligence templates, communication templates, and workflow automation (ServiceNow / SPM alignment)
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure alignment and integration of project activities
  • Communicate program status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards
  • Facilitate program meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and decision-making
  • Conduct program evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
  • Operate as program lead over supporting Project Managers and extended teams
  • Delegate execution-level tasks while maintaining overall program accountability
  • Oversee and support onboarding and mentoring of Project Managers and offshore (VISTA) integration resources

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in program and project management, preferably in IT or digital transformation
  • Proven experience leading M&A integrations, complex system migrations, or enterprise transformations
