Job Description
Position Summary
We are looking for an accomplished and experienced IT Program Manager to lead complex, high-visibility programs across our IT portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT Global Program Services, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring solutions meet business objectives, technical standards, and timeline commitments. This is all part of delivering our Order Management Digital Infrastructure program vision. You will be the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic goals into actionable plans while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Main Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
  • Provide technical and program management expertise in planning, execution, and leadership of programs
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Help uncover and coordinate strategic dependencies across teams, both by facilitating Big Room Planning, and through coordination across execution to remove major impediments to accelerate inter-team velocity

Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide clear and consistent project updates, including executive-level reporting.

Technical Leadership
  • Partner with architects, engineers, and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with standards.
  • Understand and communicate technical dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Guide teams through technical decision-making while balancing business priorities.

Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues that may impact project success.
  • Develop contingency plans and escalate critical blockers as needed.

Process & Quality
  • Champion project management best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
  • Ensure projects adhere to compliance, security, and quality standards.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities across teams for large-scale delivery and orchestration

The Essentials- you will have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You might also have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management managing technical or IT-related projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies
  • High proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align, MS Project)
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and integration projects.
  • Basic understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, generative AI, and agentic systems, with a focus on their practical applications in project delivery and IT operations.
  • Proficiency in using enterprise-approved AI tools and platforms (e.g., Co-Pilot, GitHub, Claude, Windsurf) to enhance project planning, execution, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience leading or contributing to broader digital transformation efforts across diverse teams.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, especially in response to the rapidly evolving emerging technologies relevant to project management and enterprise operations.
