The Opportunity
Are you a dynamic leader ready to drive digital product delivery excellence in a fast-paced technology environment? As an Agile Delivery Manager in our Digital department, you'll be at the forefront of planning, coordinating, and overseeing the successful delivery of digital products and technology solutions. This role offers an exciting combination of strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on delivery management, making it an ideal opportunity for experienced professionals looking to make a transformative impact in product delivery operations.
How You Will Make an Impact
  • Take ownership of day-to-day delivery and operational execution, actively managing sprint and delivery activities while partnering closely with Product Managers to ensure seamless product delivery
  • Drive performance excellence through detailed delivery planning, release scheduling, and continuous process improvement across cross-functional teams including Product Management, Product Development, and business stakeholders
  • Design and implement standard Agile practices and delivery processes that enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and team predictability while respecting product context and maturity
  • Foster strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear and timely communication on delivery progress, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Champion consistent operational excellence by removing impediments, managing dependencies, and stepping in during critical delivery moments to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
  • Lead post-release reviews and retrospectives focused on meaningful, actionable improvements that raise the overall delivery bar across teams
What You Will Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years in Product Delivery or Agile delivery lead roles with experience in release/deployment coordination preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise technology administration and management
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional product teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Design, Operations, and external partners
  • Proven ability to manage complex product delivery in enterprise environments with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work directly with key stakeholders with varying degrees of technical knowledge, focusing on collaboration and education
  • Experience facilitating sprints end-to-end, from backlog readiness through sprint execution, review, and retrospective
  • Valid Driver's License
