Senior Technical Program Manager

About Your Role

You will be responsible for delivering largescale, businesscritical technology initiatives across the FTS organization. In this role, you will provide leadership of the planning and execution of the program(s) that crosses multiple business areas and has a high degree of complexity, senior executive visibility, and high risk if not delivered on-time and with expected quality levels.

What you'll do:

  • Lead endtoend planning and execution of complex, crossfunctional technical programs with significant executive visibility
  • Define program scope, success criteria, governance, and integrated timelines while proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and change
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders aligned and informed through transparent, ongoing communication and clear decisionmaking forums
  • Ensure program execution follows FTS governance models, methodologies, and delivery standards
  • Proactively identify delivery challenges, evaluate alternative solutions, and lead issue resolution and escalation when needed
  • Provide matrix leadership to program and project managers, holding teams accountable to delivery and quality expectations
  • Manage full program financials, including business cases, forecasts, spend approvals, actuals, and remaining budget
  • Oversee client communications, endtoend testing, cutover readiness, and formal signoff prior to all production golive activities

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 8+ years of experience leading technical programs, largescale initiatives, or management consulting engagements
  • 5+ years of experience delivering large, complex infrastructure or data center consolidation programs
  • 5+ years of experience leading crossfunctional, matrixed teams across multiple business units
  • 5+ years of experience applying formal program and project management frameworks across the full delivery lifecycle
  • 3+ years of experience managing program budgets, forecasts, and financial controls for enterprise initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience delivering programs with enterprisewide impact and senior executive sponsorship
  • Experience working within a PMO or governed delivery environment
  • Experience supporting operational transition, cutover, migration, or production readiness activities
  • Experience managing clientfacing communications and formal signoff processes
  • Experience leading programs with high delivery risk and tight regulatory, security, or quality constraints

How you'll work:

  • Fiserv emphasizes in-person collaboration to help you grow your career while shaping the future of fintech, this role is on-site Monday through Friday
  • This role may require flexibility to work non-standard and/or overnight hours
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment

Travel:

  • Approximately 5% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected

Salary Range

$111,000.00 - $188,400.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
