These roles require strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise in customer applications, asset management, or portfolio reporting using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.Available Positions & Focus Areas1. Program Manager – Customer Application ImplementationLead the end-to-end implementation of customer-facing applications and platforms.Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and user adoption.Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources for customer technology projects.Ensure alignment with customer experience goals and enterprise architecture.Experience in utility sector or customer information systems (CIS) is preferred.2.
