Job description

Judit Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to support the State of Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS), Office of Information Technology (OIT). This role supports a multiyear enterprise initiative tied to the transition from the Florida Accounting Information Resource Subsystem (FLAIR) to the Florida Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management (PALM) system. The Program Manager will oversee a complex, multi-project IT program in a mission-critical state government environment, working directly with IT and business leadership to ensure strategic and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage one or more highly complex, enterprise-wide IT program(s) consisting of multiple concurrent projects.
  • Develop program strategy, supporting business cases, and enterprise-wide, high-level project plans.
  • Integrate projects and adjust scope, timing, and budget as business needs evolve.
  • Communicate program strategy, direction, and changes to IT leadership, business leadership, and IT Business Consultants.
  • Ensure all projects within the IT project portfolio are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic and business requirements.
  • Track key project milestones and recommend adjustments to Project Managers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of combined IT and business/industry work experience.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing highly complex or enterprise-wide IT program(s) involving multiple projects.
  • Experience developing program strategy, business cases, and high-level project plans.
  • Experience delivering IT project portfolios on time, within budget, and meeting strategic and business requirements.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.
