We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Program Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the development, integration, and testing of weapon systems tailored for government use. The Technical Program Manager will lead cross-functional engineering teams in shaping technical strategy, developing aircraft integration plans, and partnering with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure all projects are executed successfully from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Lead Project Development: Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of weapon system development projects, from initial concept through integration, testing, and production.

Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and software developers, to ensure timely and effective project execution.

Develop CONOPS and Systems: Collaborate with teams to develop detailed CONOPS, vehicle designs, avionics systems, and mission planning software.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for programs, engaging directly with government technical leads, SMEs, and program partners to serve as the customer-facing technical program manager ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.

Resource Allocation: Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality and comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and milestones.

Qualifications:

Education: BS or MS in engineering, management, manufacturing or related field.

Experience: Proven experience in program management, preferably within the defense industry or related technology fields.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of advanced weapon systems, unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), and related technologies to include developing and integrating technologies onto platforms.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross- functional teams.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Project Management: Proficiency in project management tools and software; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Defense Industry Experience: Experience in the defense sector is highly desirable but not mandatory.

U.S. Citizenship and Active Security Clearance highly desired.
