Program Planning & Execution
Define program vision, scope, roadmap, and success criteria aligned with business goals.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, including schedules, budgets, and dependencies.
Ensure all projects within the program are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder & Governance Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
Establish and manage program governance structures, reporting cadence, and steering committee forums.
Communicate program status, risks, issues, and opportunities clearly and consistently.
Financial & Resource Management
Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking.
Optimize resource allocation across projects and delivery teams.
Track and report benefits realization, KPIs, and ROI.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and inter-project dependencies.
Proactively resolve conflicts across teams, vendors, and functional areas.
