Job description

ImpactAs a Program Manager, Privacy, Cybersecurity and AI Governance located in San Francisco, CA or Minneapolis, MN, you will be responsible for driving the execution of privacy, data protection, and responsible AI programs across the organization, helping to turn legal requirements into repeatable processes and developer-friendly guidance.
While no two days are the same, you will execute and scale privacy program operations, lead privacy and AI risk assessments, and help operationalize the AI governance framework across teams. You will build playbooks, support targeted training, track program metrics, and monitor relevant legal developments You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, and Data stakeholders to embed privacy and AI governance into delivery sprints and release plans so that teams can move fast and build responsibly.
What You'll Need to Be Successful
  • You have 3+ years of experience in privacy, data governance, risk, security, or compliance roles
  • You have practical experience with privacy program delivery, including PIAs/DPIAs, data inventories, and vendor reviews
  • You have excellent organizational and communication skills, and are comfortable working cross-functionally with technical teams to translate legal requirements into actionable guidance
  • You have exposure to AI/ML/LLM technologies in a governance or operational context
  • You have familiarity with privacy and governance tooling (e.g., OneTrust, Transcend)
  • You have an understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud/data platforms
  • You have certifications like CIPP/US, CIPM, AIGP, or equivalent practical experience
  • You have experience working in technology companies

Pay Range:$125,900 -$150,000
