Daikin Applied is seeking a Sr Program Manager to join our Digital team. The Sr Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional digital and technology programs that drive enterprise transformation. This role is responsible for program strategy, governance, and delivery across multiple initiatives, spanning SAP ERP and enterprise solutions, digital platforms, infrastructure modernization, data and analytics, and business process transformation. As a senior program manager, you will partner closely with business and Digital leadership to ensure SAP enabled and non-SAP digital investments are aligned to enterprise priorities, delivered with discipline, and produce measurable business outcomes. What you will do:

  • Provide program-level leadership and oversight for enterprise digital initiatives, including SAP RISE, application modernization, enterprise platform enhancements, data and analytics programs, infrastructure and cloud transformations, and system integrations
  • Serve as a senior leader within the Digital PMO, shaping standards, governance models, and delivery frameworks across the portfolio including SAP delivery methodologies and system integrator oversight
  • Lead SAP-centric transformation programs including ERP Implementations, upgrades, optimization initiatives, ensuring tight alignment between SAP solutions, business process design, and enterprise digital strategy.
  • Partner with supply chain, operations, finance, and business stakeholders to translate business strategy into SAP enabled capabilities, roadmaps and measurable value outcomes
  • Act as a trusted partner and primary liaison between executive business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring alignment on vision, scope, timeline, and value realization
  • Drive program governance and executive reporting, including steering committee facilitation, SAP program health reporting, roadmap reviews, and KPI / benefits tracking
  • Proactively identify and manage SAP program-level risks, issues, and trade-offs, escalating and resolving in a way that minimizes business disruption
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and communications, ensuring transparency and consistent messaging across SAP and Digital stakeholders
  • Ensure all program activities comply with IT security, data governance, regulatory, and architectural standards including SAP architecture and enterprise integration principles
  • Champion continuous improvement across the Digital PMO by identifying opportunities for standardization, delivery efficiency, and repeatable best practices, including lessons learned after each project phase
  • Mentor and coach project and program managers, strengthening overall PMO capability and delivery maturity across SAP and digital transformation initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in program and/or portfolio management, leading complex, cross-functional IT or digital transformation programs
  • Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale technology initiatives with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholder engagement
  • Strong background in program governance, executive reporting, and value-based delivery
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or PgMP Certification
  • 10+ years of experience leading large digital, IT, or business transformation initiatives, and experience within manufacturing or supply chain environments
  • Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle), digital platforms, data and analytics, or large-scale systems integration programs
  • Experience working with SAP system integrators and managing large external delivery partners
  • Excellent executive communication, facilitation, financial management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $113,800 - $193,900 (+ 20% bonus) in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
