Technical Program Manager with 5+ years leading complex, crossfunctional technical programs. Strong technical communication skills with demonstrated leadership across engineering, AI/ML, and business teams.

Must Have Skills:
Strong technical communication skills with demonstrated leadership across engineering, AI/ML, and business teams.
Experience delivering AI/ML or dataheavy platforms, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments. Familiarity with Azure, APIs, compliance/audit processes, and scaling solutions to multiple external clients. Healthcare, payer, or clinical decision support domain experience is strongly preferred.
Nice to Have Skills:
Lead endtoend delivery of AI programs for CAVAOI Commercial, ensuring ontime, onbudget execution
Drive alignment across engineering, data science, product, clinical, and business teams
Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones across a large 2026 roadmap (200+ guidelines)
Provide clear executivelevel status, metrics, and risk reporting to Optum AI and OI leadership
Ensure compliance with data restrictions, governance, and enterprise delivery standards

o Consistent Use: Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise.
o Applied Productivity: Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows.
o Continuous Learning: Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features, and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity.
