As a Show Services Coordinator, you'll be responsible for placing all show service orders for assigned clients, managing & tracking these services, as well as reconciling various credit card purchases. The Show Services Coordinator position comes with unique opportunities and learning experiences! Read through and apply if this sounds like the opportunity for you! 


Show Services Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Arrange all on-site show services for assigned accounts 
  • Prepare on-site show services packages for customer
  • Generate purchase orders, work order lines, payment methods etc. for all ordered services
  • Monitor credit card statements and apply costs to appropriate work orders; Reconcile assigned show service VISA credit card on a monthly basis 
  • Assist with closing show service work orders by calling show service contractors/vendors after the show for pricing; enter in VIS.
  • Secure travel advances/show packages for Derse employees who are supervising at show site
  • Coordinate freight/shipping arrangements as needed
  • Follow up with vendors as necessary regarding final pricing and charges
  • As directed and needed, backup Logistics department personnel
  • Stay highly organized, flexible and  have the ability to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned 

Requirements

Show Services Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree and/or Associate Degree with 1 or more years of experience
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Effective and professional communication skills required.
  • Outstanding customer service skills a must.
  • Trade Show industry experience a plus.


Salary and Benefits Information

  • Salary Range: $48,000.00 to $56,000.00 Annually ($23.08 to $26.92 per hour). 
  • Position Status: Salaried Non-Exempt. This position is eligible for overtime earnings.
