Your Role and Impact
ViewSonic is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Trade Show Warehouse Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the logistical operations of our trade show warehouse, ensuring the efficient storage, maintenance, and distribution of trade show materials and equipment. The Trade Show Warehouse Coordinator will work closely with the Trade Show Sr. Manager and other departments to support the successful execution of trade shows and events.
Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Manage the organization and inventory of trade show materials, including booth properties, promotional materials, and marketing literature.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of products and materials for trade shows, ensuring timely delivery to event locations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate the setup and teardown of trade show booths, including equipment transportation and logistics.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records of all warehouse stock and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Trade Show Sr. Manager to ensure seamless coordination of trade show logistics and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist in the coordination of shipping and receiving activities for trade show materials, including managing third-party logistics providers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations and best practices.
  • Maintain the upkeep of company vehicles, wash, schedule maintenance services, and track/record monthly mileage.
  • Transport trade show equipment, products, accessories, and supplies between both corporate and warehouse logistic locations.
  • Other trade show related duties as assigned. This job description outlines the general responsibilities and requirements for the Trade Show Warehouse

Your Profile
  • Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics, with a focus on trade show or event materials preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to self-direct and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as perform setup and teardown activities at trade show venues.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends and travel as needed to support trade show operations.
  • Must have good understanding of display products.
  • Ability to travel to various events and tradeshows, occasional work on weekends and evenings as dictated by the tradeshow schedule.
  • Forklift certified

Work Environment & Requirements
  • Travel: 15-30% travel to trade show locations and events.
  • Office Presence: Full-time in office, 5 days per week.
  • Environment: Works in a large, open, well-ventilated warehouse. May be subject to some variations in temperature, normally not to the extreme.
  • Physical Effort: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks related to trade show booth setup and teardown.
  • Hazards: Negligible, little or no exposure to hazards.
