This position is based on-site in the Greater Seattle Area.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Total Rewards intern to help support the administration of our employee compensation, benefits, and leave programs. This entry-level role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in Human Resources, data analysis, and organizational operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience working with HR systems, supporting benefits administration, and assisting in compensation-related projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Support compensation processes such as salary survey participation, data entry, and reporting
  • Help prepare compensation and benefits reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Assist with benefits enrollment processes and communications
  • Collaborate with HR team members on ongoing projects and process improvements
  • Create annual calendars outlining the timing of compensation & benefits related projects and reporting
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures
  • Develop and implement Benefits communication plan
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work onsite at the Corporate Office in Bellevue, WA for a minimum of 3 days a week. May work in remote office locations on Wednesdays and Fridays.

COMPENSATION:

This is a non-exempt position with an hourly range of $20.00 hour, depending on experience.

BENEFITS:

This internship is a temporary learning opportunity. Please note that interns at Sono Bello are not eligible for company benefits, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, or retirement plans. Benefits eligibility is reserved for regular full-time employees.
