Join a fast-paced team where your work has a visible impact. By managing our helpdesk queue, you'll become a vital link between complex technology and the people who use it, turning technical hurdles into seamless workflows."
What you'll do here as IT Helpdesk Intern?
What You'll Do Here....
  • First line support for service desk ticket requests
  • Assist with Onboarding new Axians - including, but not limited to building new hire laptops and conducting trainings
  • Help create and maintain knowledge base documentation
  • Maintain and organize inventory
  • Shadow senior team members
  • Involvement in ongoing IT projects
  • Perform additional tasks as required

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized with ability to multi-task
  • Excellent use of time management
  • High skill level with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Platform
  • Ability to effectively work independently as well as within a team
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Eager and quick learner

We'd love to hear that you have/are:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Management Information Systems
  • Maintained GPA of 3.0 or better
  • Prior IT internship experience a plus
  • Interest in learning about Information Systems
  • Interest in technology as this will focus on our windows platform, office applications and more!
