This internship is tailored for college juniors with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027 pursuing degrees in Business, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering (or similar) Information Systems, or related fields and are eager to gain real-world experience in combining business analysis with data analytics and AI technologies. It's ideal for students who have completed foundational coursework and are ready to apply their skills to practical projects, while learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.
No prior professional experience is required - just a willingness to learn, a problem-solving mindset, and enthusiasm for technology-driven business solutions.

As a Business Analyst Intern,you will get to:
  • Collaborate with the CI team to design and implement process enhancements, which may include assisting in documenting business processes across departments, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Help identify weaknesses in various processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Analyze sales metrics and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities
  • Conduct CRM data and data hygiene inspection and analysis.
  • Review and analyze data and processes tied to CI initiatives.
  • Help track and measure the impact of process changes on KPIs.
  • Maintain organized documentation and version control for process and data artifacts, inclusive of summarizing agentic sales pilot feedback into action items.
  • AI, Research, and Collaboration: Work with teams supporting CI/CRM initiatives to help analyze people/roles, processes, and data to make recommendations and drive improvements, leveraging AI where applicable
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions for improvement initiatives.

    • Participate in process mapping sessions to visualize current workflows.
    • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and propose potential solutions.
    • Assist in drafting process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Help track adoption and effectiveness of new processes.
