This role is ideal for a current student pursuing an IT-related degree who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment.This is a part time, onsite position located in Huntsville, AL with an estimated 24-30 hours per week.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform user onboarding tasks in Microsoft 365 and Active DirectoryMaintain, troubleshoot, and repair Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktops and laptops, including hardware and software installationConduct routine printer and copier maintenanceAssist with the development, maintenance, and updating of Cybersecurity policies and proceduresMaintain accurate records, prepare reports, and support IT documentation effortsProvide general IT support as needed to support business operationsRequired QualificationsAbility to follow oral and written instructions accuratelyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to gather and analyze information, identify problems, and propose solutionsBasic knowledge of personal computers, IT terminology, and common software applicationsAbility to prepare clear documentation and written instructionsDesired QualificationsExperience with Microsoft 365Familiarity with Windows-based desktop and server operating systemsExperience configuring laptops and desktopsExposure to DoD-related IT environments (preferred but not required)Minimum Education / ExperienceCurrently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institutionPursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
